If you combine simple steps and eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, your body will reap the rewards. Detoxing Your Body Naturally!

The Four steps to aid your in your body’s detoxification process:

1. Hydrate as soon as you wake up.

Start your morning with water or better yet lemon water. Water supports your lymphatic system (which is vital to detoxification), it supports liver function, aids in digestion and helps with weight loss, adding lemon will increase the detox effect.

Drink at least 24-32 ounces of water first thing in the morning. But drink it slowly! Sipping (not gulping) is the way to go.

2. Drink green juice.

Green juice is easy on your digestion and allows your body to stay in a cleansing mode while providing you with an array of nutrients.

Chlorophyll (found in green vegetables) also helps regenerate the blood and has anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties. It also helps fight candida.

Once you finish drinking lemon water, make yourself at least one-two cups of freshly pressed vegetable juice. You can start with this delicious green juice recipe.

3. Green smoothie for breakfast?

4. Snack on fruit before lunch.

Do you get hangry before lunch? Eat some fruit. Key is a snack of fruit or veggie in between meals, eventually, it will become a habit and you will get over the afternoon slump where you crave sugar for energy. save protein for your main meals. And save meat for one or two meals incorporating the same meat at both meals each day (if two meals of protein are necessary) to eliminate stomach upset and slow digestion.

Just try these four steps at least for a week, and I guarantee you’ll feel more energized, light on your feet and overall feeling of wellness! As a bonus, your skin will clear up and will be glowing and you’ll probably end up shedding some extra pounds without even thinking about it!

I follow these steps every single day (or at least do my best to, we all falter but the key is knowing your body and how it reacts to certain foods.
